ServiceEdge will give Stevens’ customers access to real-time information about their aircraft’s status while it’s in for any type of work. In addition, the customer portal will give customers the ability to view and approve work requests, upload/download photos and videos, view completion status of the work scope, and have access to other relevant information and features. “With this level of access to squawk approvals alone, Stevens’ customers will experience reduced downtimes and a more efficient mode of communication”, said Phil Stearns, Director of Sales and Marketing. “Various types of portal software have been available for some time but having an integrated solution that met our customer’s specific needs was necessary and a valued part of the customer experience.” Customers can access the portal on Stevens’ website or on Stevens’ mobile app.
